Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the TubeBite Chrome extension (the "Service") operated by TubeBite ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Subscription and Payments

1.1. TubeBite offers subscription-based access to our Service. The current subscription fee is $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year.

1.2. We offer a 3-day free trial period. No payment information is required to begin your free trial.

1.3. After the free trial period ends, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.

1.4. All payments are processed through ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe as its payment processor. Your use of these payment services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

1.5. You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

1.6. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.

2.2. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

2.3. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we do change our fees, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.

3. Service Description

3.1. TubeBite is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence to summarize YouTube videos.

3.2. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

3.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice.

4. User Conduct

4.1. By using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm the Service or the interests of other users
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Account Security

5.1. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account.

5.2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TubeBite and its licensors.

6.2. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6.3. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TubeBite.

7. Content Ownership

7.1. TubeBite does not claim ownership of the YouTube videos processed through our Service.

7.2. The summaries generated by our Service are derivative works intended for personal use by our subscribers.

7.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the summaries for commercial purposes without proper attribution to both the original content creator and TubeBite.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. In no event shall TubeBite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8.2. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer

9.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

9.2. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

9.3. We do not guarantee that the summaries generated by our AI will capture all relevant information from the videos processed.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

11.2. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11.3. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
